The Personal Profile Questionnaire is the very first step.
It will provide detailed information about your health, medical, and activity history, your goals, interests, and your strengths and needs. All information will be held in the strictest confidence, and of course, the more information you share, the better I'll be equipped to help you.

- Waist-to-Hip Ratio
- Body Composition (Percent Body Fat)
- Blood Pressure
- Resting Heart Rate
- Aerobic Capacity
- Flexibility (Sit and Reach Test)
- Muscular Endurance (Crunch and Push-Up Tests)
- A "before" photo (those who choose not to end up wishing they had!)
